South African Communist Party Marches Against High Food Prices in Emaxesibeni

The South African Communist Party in Emaxesibeni (formerly known as Mount Ayliff) marched through the streets of the town complaining about high food prices and the cost of living. They handed their memorandum of grievances to chain stores operating in town. Members of the South African Police kept a close watch on the march. The march ended peacefully without any incident.
