A number of Kokstad rugby boys travelled to New Castle over the weekend to play in the Southern Sub Rugby Union (SSRU) team, who faced the Northern Sub Rugby Union (NSRU).
The south managed a convincing victory with a final score of 34 to 24. Man of the match for the backline was awarded to AJ Pienaar, while local favourite, Juan Strydom (who also scored three tries) was man of the match for the forwards. Overall man of the match was awarded to Jarrod Berding.
