The annual Men’s Fours tournament was well supported this year with 14 teams competing for the generous prizes.
The weather proved challenging with intermittent rain disrupting play and eventually causing an early stop to the tournament on Sunday afternoon. Well done to Port Shepstone for claiming victory with Hillary Bowling Club placing second and the Bell Bowling Club placing third.
Also a big thank you to everyone who assisted with the managing of the tournament and to the generous sponsors, including: Roddy Andrea, André van der Walt, Des Whytock, Dean Wicks, Deon Kleynhans, Issie Martinson, Caroline Hill, Phillip Snyman, Keegan, Linda de Wet, Phillip Hawkins and Jack Borowdale.
- The winning team from Port Shepstone Bowling Club, Flip Geyer, Guy Payne, André van der Walt (KBC President), Geoff Hudson and Restus Reen.
- Second place from Hillary Bowling Club, Gavin Collon, Nolan Openshaw, André van der Walt (KBC President), Garth Aberdeen and Hanno Blom.
- Third place from the Bell Bowling Club, Tony Aveyard, Dick Eltringham, André van der Walt (KBC President), Bob Corriingham and Wayne Taylor.
